Meet The Chef
Chef John Keller began his culinary journey at the age of 7. His first memories were of picking strawberries and string beans with his mother at Webber’s farm in Baltimore, MD.
After Restaurant School and stints at world-renowned restaurants such as Nobu and Le Bernardin, Chef John has spent the last two decades opening celebrated kitchens across the country.
In 2018 Chef John made the move to Kauai, the Island he fell in love with. Living in Kilauea Chef has established relationships with local farmers, hunters, and food lovers.
Letting his passion for food and the complete dining experience lead the way 'Chef John Keller' is a unique opportunity to experience world class food experiences from across the globe, infused with the secret treasures of the island.
